Check out the meat and cheese selection, better than any Super Marché in Australia.

A wild & woolly run along Wineglass Bay Beach in the Freycinet National Park Tasmania, stunning raw beauty.
Gotta love the Cox's River crossing during the Six Foot Marathon.
Thank you @hokaoneoneaustralia @bluemtnsrunningco and @sixfoottrackmarathon for the trucker hats.
Morning haze hanging over Sydney, hot one today. Dicky knee means getting use to the bike again but also means viewing a glorious sunrise.
So this little f8cker bit me because I wouldn't give him some of my pork chop, with a boot out the door and banished to the rainy outdoors he now reckons he's won me over, again. Never!
Last run for 2020 saw us enjoy the Coastal Track from Sublime Point to Coalcliff. It's been an interesting year, please can we get back to some normality for 2021, and through some miracle I'd love to get to see my family.
It's always a buzz to achieve a personal best but even better when you help someone achieve theirs.
A tough but cracking day in the Blue Mountains, some running, maybe some walking but some glorious swimming in The Cox's River.
